7075 Extruded Aluminium Tubing is an aluminium alloy by means of zinc as the main alloying constituent. It is strapping, through strength similar to a lot of steels, and has fine fatigue power and standard machinability. However, it has less resistance to corrosion than lots of other Al alloys. Its relatively high cost restrictions its usage to applications where cheaper alloys are not appropriate. Composition of Aluminium Tubings 7075 more or less consists of 2.1–2.5% magnesium, 5.6–6.1% zinc, 1.2–1.6% copper, and below half a percent of iron, manganese, silicon, chromium, titanium and other metals. It is being made up of in a lot of tempers, some of which are 7075-0, 7075-T6, 7075-T651.
